Female Entrepreneurs

A recent report by the Australia Network recently highlighted that Women Entrepreneurs are on the rise. According to  the report in the 2013-2014 period, females participating in business rose from 19 percent to 24 percent. Women Entrepreneurs on the Rise, Says Survey

A sharp increase but I feel we are still lacking in the full value that women bring to the economy. Having been greatly influenced by women in my personal and professional late, I can vouch for the value and quality of skills, experience and characteristics women bring to business. 

​I was lucky to be given the opportunity to meet and interview five amazing women who were making great in-roads for Aboriginal Female Entrepreneurs. This five ladies epitomise creativity, strength, resilience and leadership each in their own way. I hope you enjoy hearing more about these ladies in the short video 'Born From Fire".
